Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8a-5p
- Clinical Details
- Typical Day: Provider will see 8-12 patients a day, review EMU’s and collaborate with Neurological support team
- Required to read cEEGs and LTEEGs, staff the EMU and support the functional neurosurgery program(e.g. brain mapping) and meet residency training requirements
- Experience or willingness to learn the indications and management of VNS, RNS and DBS for epilepsy is strongly recommended
- Experience with perioperative stero-electroencephalogram(SEEG) analysis is necessary
- 3 APP’s and neurological support team are in place to support for epilepsy surgery evaluations
- Teaching facility with 16 Neurology Residents
- 5 Bed EMU
- Requirements
- Active IL State License or IMLC
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- ABCN
- Fellowship trained
- Minimum Year(s) Experience: 1year
